Delivery time

We aim to deliver your order within an average of 6 to 12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and current conditions.

Delays due to high demand

Delivery times can occasionally vary as a result of unexpectedly high order volumes. We do everything we can to keep any delays during busy periods to a minimum.

Shipping carrier

We ship with DHL, which provides excellent service and real-time tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping costs & extras

• Free shipping on orders above a certain order value;
• Insured, expedited shipping available for an additional fee;
• Our customer service team is on hand if you have any questions about your order.

International orders & customs

Some items may be shipped from outside the European Union. Any import duties, VAT, or other charges levied by customs authorities are not included in the purchase price and are the customer's responsibility. Occasional delays related to customs processing are outside our control.
